The best databases for Justice Studies are:
Criminal Justice Abstracts with Full-Text, Legal Collection, and LexisNexis
You can find them all on the database page of the Forsyth Library website: http://www.fhsu.edu/library/electronic/databases/
They should all have a way to filter by scholarly sources once you're in the database. I hope this helps, if not don't hesitate to write back. Thanks.
