Q. Why am I getting a "File missing: docs/suspend.htm" error message?

The error message "File missing: docs/suspend.htm" is generated after a user has exceeded the allowed download limit of 100MB of library materials within 2 hours.

Once triggered, your account will be frozen until it is automatically cleared from the server. After 2 hours, access will be restored.

To prevent this error message from occurring, select "Read Online" option when viewing ebooks rather than downloading ebooks during prolonged research activity.
