Usually, yes.  The library owns 2 copies of most theses written by Fort Hays students; one copy is shelved in the General Collection on the top floor and can be checked out, and the other is kept in the Archives and cannot be checked out without permission.  In some cases, only one copy of a thesis is available and therefore requires permission for check-out. However, many FHSU theses can be accessed online in our Digital Thesis Collection.

If you need to access a thesis or dissertation from another university, request it via Interlibrary Loan.
