Q. When I log into VidGrid, I do not have the record feature.

When I was troubleshooting this on the VidGrid website, it said I need to have my account authorized to record.

As a student, you are not able to create a VidGrid account. Your instructor may have set up a "guest record link" in Blackboard.This is the only way students are able to record on VidGrid. It uses the instructor's VidGrid account.
