I think the best one I’ve found for editing on PC without it glitching while trying to play the video is Clipchamp Create. You can sign in using your Google with the ID that you use for university email. It is always free if you avoid the premium content like stock photos and video.

ALSO…
For mobile device, for iPhone you can use iMovie. On Android, Splice seems pretty good. I’m not sure if you can green screen. If you get Adobe, you should be able to use Adobe Clip or Premiere Rush on either platform.
