Try searching the database Business Source Premier for sexual harassment AND workplace. Limit your search to Full-Text so all your results will have a link to the complete article. You can also limit to just scholarly/peer-reviewed academic journal articles, and by date if needed. Another good database for this topic would be Emerald Full-Text, doing a similar search, and limiting to "content I have access to".
