I went to the Education Research Guide and clicked on the yellow tab Finding Articles and Databases, to find links to the best databases for Education. I chose Education Source database.

I searched for (higher ed* or grad* school or college or university) AND (global economy or globalization) AND prepar*. I limited my search to full-text so all the results have a link to the complete article. Limit to peer-reviewed if you need scholarly articles. Check the subject headings/descriptors of articles you like, to find more search terms.
