Make sure you have a verified YouTube account that will allow you to upload more than 15 minutes. If there still seems to be a time limit problem, you can try to break it into smaller chunks by doing some simple editing with the free YouTube Capture app. If the problem is file size, you can download a free app called compressor and choose the VGA option to reduce the size.
