Try searching the database Education Source combined with Omnifile Full-Text, Legal Collection and Academic Search Premier databases. (Once you are in Education Source, click Choose Databases just above the search boxes, and check these databases, then click OK to add them to your search). Search for fourth amendment AND (student rights or “searches & seizures”) NOT drugs, limiting to full-text, scholarly, and 2012-2016. (see attached screenshot). You could remove the NOT drugs portion if you are interested in drug-related searches of students.
